    Wellbeing Nature Walks

    Even a short walk in nature can have a positive impact on our wellbeing. Research has shown that time spent in nature can reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and improve our mood and self-esteem. Ecoleg offers nature walks that are both fun and educational. From an hour in a local wildlife site to an overnight expedition with a qualified Mountain Leader, Ecoleg offers a wholesome nature experience for any level of adventurer. Our knowledgeable guides will take you on a journey, pointing out interesting plants and animals along the way. You’ll learn about the area’s history and ecology, and get to enjoy some amazing views and (hopefully) wildlife!

    Bat Training

    For: Beginner

    Looking to take your Bat knowledge to the next level? Then this is the course for you! Taught by experts in the field, this course will cover everything from the basics of Bat anatomy and physiology, to the latest research on Bat behaviour and ecology. You will also get the opportunity to handle and study real Bat specimens up close, and to go on excursions to see these amazing creatures in their natural habitat.     Scientific Expeditions

    We are looking for people who are interested in joining our two expeditions to;

    1) build igloos in the alps; and
    2) track wolves in Poland

    These are a great opportunity for those who love the outdoors and are interested in learning new skills. No experience is necessary as we will provide training. The expedition(s) will last for a weekend and we will involve camping in the wilderness. If you are interested please get in touch. Group bookings welcome.
